Con un titolo che non si riferisce a Orwell. il primo 'lp solo di Hopper è un lavoro interessante, dai contenuti non facili e coraggiosi. Un disco "arrabbiato" come confessa nelle note, come aveva fatto Wyatt, tutto giocato su tape loop e sperimentazioni bassistiche, una tecnica che Hopper dice di aver appreso da Daevid Allen nel 1964, che a sua volta l'aveva imparata da Terry Riley.
Tutti i brani sono "mini" suite di progressive sperimentale: Miniluv, Minipax, Minitrue, Miniplenty, due sono in duetto con il futuro batterista dei Soft Machine, John Marshall, altri due con una formazione ampliata dalla sezione fiati Gary Windo, Lol Coxill, Nick Evans, Malcolm Griffiths.
